If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Hedeya is an online marketplace that connects customers (“Clients”) with independent service providers (“Service Providers”) for various services.

We are not a direct provider of services. We only facilitate connections and transactions between users.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Roles

4.1 Clients

Clients may:

Post job requests
Hire service providers
Make payments
Leave reviews

4.2 Service Providers

Service Providers:

Are independent contractors
Are not employees or agents of the Platform
Are solely responsible for the services they provide

5. Booking and Payments

All payments must be made through the Platform’s approved payment system.
The Platform may charge service fees or commissions.
Service Providers will receive payment after successful job completion (minus applicable fees).

We are not responsible for disputes regarding service quality, but we may assist in dispute resolution at our discretion.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel bookings subject to cancellation policies.
Service Providers may cancel only under reasonable circumstances.
Refunds, if applicable, will follow the Platform’s Refund Policy.

Excessive cancellations may result in account suspension.

7. Ratings and Reviews

Users may leave reviews after service completion.

Reviews must be honest and respectful.
Fake, abusive, or defamatory reviews are prohibited.

We reserve the right to remove inappropriate reviews.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

Provide false information
Engage in fraud or illegal activities
Circumvent the Platform to complete payments outside the system
Harass or threaten other users
Upload harmful or malicious content

Violation may result in permanent account termination.

9. Fees and Commissions

The Platform may charge:

Service fees to Clients
Commission fees to Service Providers

Fees may change at any time with prior notice.

10. Independent Contractor Relationship

Service Providers are independent contractors.
Nothing in these Terms creates:

An employment relationship
A partnership
A joint venture

The Platform is not liable for acts or omissions of Service Providers.

11. Liability Disclaimer

The Platform provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

Quality of services performed
Personal injury or property damage
Disputes between users
Loss of profits or indirect damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid through the Platform in the past 3 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of the Platform
Services you provide or receive

13. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend accounts
Remove content
Terminate access

Without prior notice if Terms are violated.

14. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including:

Logo
Design
Text
Software

15. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
